Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Relationship Manager to join our team at GFL Environmental. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to clients in the Retail and Pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Bilingual Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to clients via telephone and email, addressing contract inquiries, billing issues, service modifications, and complaint resolutions.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and manufacturers through regular communication, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Departments: Work closely with Field Operations, Dispatch, IT, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and effective communication.
  • Analyze and Report on Customer Data: Analyze customer data, including revenue trends, account activity, and client feedback, to support strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Initiate Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance interdepartmental coordination and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong analytical and procedural skills.
  • Account Management Experience: At least two years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the retail, pharmaceutical, or environmental industries is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and general database applications.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and receive feedback constructively, and a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
