Job Description for Customer Service Manager Position at TIO AUTO PARTS INC.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have a college/CEGEP education and at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless customer service experience.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives and customer demands.
    • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on customer needs and market trends.
    • Implement price and credit policies to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
    • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demands.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
    • Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs and customer demands.
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
    • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives and customer demands.
