Position Overview:

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Kelowna, BC

Salary: Competitive remuneration based on individual performance and experience.

Role Objective:

We are in search of a Commercial Client Relationship Manager to enhance our Client Care division. The successful candidate will be client-oriented, creative, and professional, tasked with the responsibility of marketing commercial insurance products.

Primary Duties:

  • Drafting new commercial insurance policies for small to medium-sized enterprises
  • Overseeing account receivables and managing documentation
  • Evaluating applications and renewals for adherence to regulations
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients and insurance partners

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
  • Possession of a BC General Insurance license
  • Client-centric with excellent communication abilities
  • Familiarity with industry software and relevant designations is advantageous
  • Collaborative team member with strong problem-solving skills
