Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team at Supply Kings. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems, network, and Internet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and Internet connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Log Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Infrastructure Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service to our employees, ensuring their technical needs are met promptly and professionally.

  • Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues and solutions, ensuring that information is readily available to other technical support analysts.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other technical support workers and departments to ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Hours: The typical work week is 30-40 hours, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
