Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Supply Kings. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, user guides, and other resources as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of technology, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Logistics and Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log, ensuring that technical issues are documented and easily accessible to other support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle technical issues effectively.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide technical support for business systems, network, and Internet connectivity, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring that all necessary software and systems are installed and functioning correctly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, Client-focused, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player
  • Work Terms: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
