Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Supply Kings. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that our systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Supervise and train technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure that our systems and networks are secure and running optimally
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
