We are a leading provider of high-quality dining experiences, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of services
    • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure employees meet performance expectations
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
    • Monitor and address customer feedback, implementing improvements as needed
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role in the food service industry
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Government Programs
    • Familiarity with government programs and regulations related to the food service industry
