Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a General Manager at our Trendy Premium Casual Restaurant in North Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and maintenance
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus and promotions
• Analyze sales data and develop reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
