Logistics Coordinator

Fusion Logistics Networks Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Dispatch and Delivery: Coordinate the dispatch of personnel and vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, order processing, and delivery performance, providing insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with production supervisors, warehouse staff, and other teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and other logistics software.
