Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Trilink Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of 5-10 truck drivers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Dispatch and Monitor routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and Review reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Train and Develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of equipment and vehicles.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
