About the Role

Fusion Logistics Networks Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with production units, warehouse teams, and transportation providers to ensure seamless movement of goods and materials.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and supply chain performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
