About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AGENT 360. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
