Customer Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Operations department, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer account inquiries, providing guidance and support to customers, and developing customer-focused programs to enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reporting to management.
- University degree and/or related professional work experience.
- At least two years of business relationship management experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service, billing, or sales role.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of organizational practices, procedures, products, and services.
