Food Service Team Lead

Mr. Mike's Steakhouse Casual is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
