About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
