Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the innovation and execution of solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent standards and techniques are applied to food preparation and presentation.
  • Lead the final presentation of meals and ensure that all food offerings meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless procurement and delivery of ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
