Schlegel Villages is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement to join our team at The Village at Winston Park in Kitchener, Ontario.

About the Role

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for clinical services in Retirement, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
  • Lead assigned clinical programs, including tracking trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement.
  • Act as the Wellness Coordinator in the absence of the Director, directing all aspects of the nursing and clinical department.
  • Collaborate with the Neighbourhood team to provide comprehensive support and care to residents.
  • Support and promote our resident-centered social culture, delivering exceptional service to residents, visitors, and team members.

Requirements

  • Geriatric nursing experience and nursing leadership experience are assets.
  • Valid RPN license and good standing with the CNO.
