About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director in the Kitchener Waterloo area. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling and supporting Crestcom's leadership training services to prospective clients. Your primary objectives will include:
- Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Implementing Crestcom's proven sales process to drive revenue growth
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and support
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and performing administrative tasks as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate leadership role
- A minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of success in selling to C-level executives
- Excellent business acumen and executive presence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in standard software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- A dedicated home office in the Kitchener Waterloo area
