Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Financial Solutions team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients via various channels, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Query Management: Manage and resolve client queries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all necessary information is documented.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client queries within strict service level agreements.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice and technical support on our financial solutions products and services.
  • Escalation Management: Take ownership of client escalations, proactively managing queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communication: Manage both inbound and outbound telephone calls, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in English and French is essential for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or clerical role, with call center experience being an asset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Adaptability: Ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to think critically.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Shift Work: Must be able to work shifts on a monthly rotating schedule.
