Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at SEKHON ELECTRICAL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and surface preparation, ensuring high-quality finishes for various projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors and at various locations, requiring a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting
  • Repair cracks and holes to ensure a smooth finish
  • Mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other materials to walls
  • Provide expert advice to clients on color selection and wall coverings
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages as needed
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces
Safety and Security
  • Must pass a criminal record check
  • Drug testing is required
Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail.
