We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at DREAM LIVING CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our construction team. As a Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces to be painted by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Painting: Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Wall Decor: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, advising clients on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for each project.
- Specialized Finishes: Apply multi-color finishes, paint spraying, graining, and staining to meet client requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Work in various locations, including on-site customer service.
- Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
- Training and Development: Willingness to train and develop skills in specialized finishes.
- Team Environment: Collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and development.

This role requires fluency in English.
