About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Mustang Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' properties are transformed into beautiful and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and repair cracks and holes to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Painting and Decorating: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment and machinery, including brush painting, conventional spray painting, patterned rollers, and sandblasters.
  • Worksite Environment: Work in a variety of environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, advising clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, and ensuring that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
