Construction Painter

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Leberty Stone Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces are ready for painting.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert recommendations to meet their needs.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols, and taking necessary precautions to prevent accidents.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with a focus on construction sites.
- Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) are required for this role.
- Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
