The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our Expansion Sales team. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy

Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives business growth and expansion.

Lead Expansion Sales Team

Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth and expansion.

Build Relationships with Key Stakeholders

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Revenue Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement.

Monitor Business Performance

Monitor business performance and adjust the sales strategy as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Deliver Results

Deliver results against company and team targets, including sales revenue growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience

Proven experience in a senior/leadership-level sales role, with a track record of driving business growth and expansion.

Strategic Thinking

Ability to think strategically and develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Leadership Skills

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth and expansion.

Analytical Skills

Ability to analyze business performance data and adjust the sales strategy as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Communication Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
