Our core focus is on managing DB pension plans, offering tailored service models to cater to the distinct needs of each client. Your Role and Contributions

As a Pension Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical and administrative support to clients and plan members. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of pension calculations and administrative initiatives, including Pension Indexation, Pension Adjustments, Valuation Data Extracts, and Annual Statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our proprietary administration system and pension databases to conduct data reconciliations, contribution reconciliations, and benefit calculations.
  • Respond to routine inquiries and requests from clients and plan members.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end annual pension statements.
  • Collaborate within a team, taking direction from and supporting senior members to deliver quality, client-focused administrative services.
  • Enhance your industry knowledge through participation in internal training sessions.
  • Contribute to special projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a College diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.

Essential Skills

  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Genuine interest in problem-solving and knowledge acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of courses in Pension Administration.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
