Recruitment Specialist

Armstrong Healthcare Limited is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment. You will also be responsible for reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, and negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes. If you have a strong understanding of staffing policies and procedures, and are able to determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, we encourage you to apply. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and English language requirements. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
