Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Thai Express. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
