About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Design Specialist to join our team at Dafe Corporation. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish clothing designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences to create designs that meet market demands.
  • Design Execution: Create detailed design specifications, including sketches, technical drawings, and color palettes, to bring designs to life.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to ensure design concepts align with business objectives.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of fashion design principles, color theory, and textiles. Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Work Environment

As a Fashion Design Specialist at Dafe Corporation, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet design deadlines and quality standards.
