- **Operational Excellence**: Spearhead strategic initiatives focused on scaling and optimizing manufacturing and ERP workflows, supply chain processes, inventory controls, capacity planning & production scheduling. Foster a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement and 5S principles.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing and supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to develop and implement processes, procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Develop and execute plans to scale and optimize manufacturing, driving efficiency, quality improvement, on-time customer deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and throughput.
- Streamline supply chain & planning operations, creating robustness and redundancy in logistics and supplier networks, assuring on-time parts arrival and accurate build schedules.
- Provide strategy and guidance, enabling successful vendor management, contract negotiation, cost reductions and increased inventory turns.
- Coordinate directly with Talent Management on departmental talent planning, recruiting, training, performance management and related initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and manage operations budgets and collaborate with leadership on capital expenditures.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineers on loudspeaker assembly and ERP workflow improvements, data accuracy, dashboards, and system reporting.
- Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in manufacturing, supply chain and the professional loudspeaker industry, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL NEED**
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
- Expertise in operations management, process improvement and supply chain optimization, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or industrial setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, JIT, TQM, Kaizen, DDMRP and other related methodologies.
- Proficiency in manufacturing and supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP/MRP systems, inventory management software, and demand planning tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and make data driven decisions.
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Advanced degrees or certifications related to operations management or supply chain management (e.g., SCMP, CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Certification).
**EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet strategic goals.

Pay: $140,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
