About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our R&D team at Alcumus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and control project progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Manage project budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an R&D environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with occasional overnight stays.
