As a Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance and support to your team, and driving business growth through innovative ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all salon operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle conflicts and client complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.
