Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage salon operations, including staff supervision, client relations, and business development.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality hair care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Handle conflicts and client complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform administrative tasks.
  • Availability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.
