- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring a positive work environment and high-quality service to guests.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve salon operations and services.
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.
