About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team at HUB Financial Inc. in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering client growth and retention by collaborating with our HUB advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients through calls and emails to identify growth opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Review clients' insurance and investment portfolios to identify areas for improvement and propose suitable strategies.
  • Prepare policy and account information for client meetings and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Manage client service inquiries and handle insurance and investment applications with accuracy and compliance.
  • Initiate proactive communication with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and meet their financial needs.
  • Cultivate new client relationships by demonstrating the value of our services and identifying potential areas for portfolio growth.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a related field.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills, with the ability to express concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships and network within the insurance/investment industry.
  • Experience in using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s).
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Segregated Fund, and Life Insurance products is an asset.
