About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team at HUB Financial Inc. in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering client growth and retention, ensuring seamless transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HUB advisors to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Engage with clients through calls and emails to understand their insurance and investment needs.
  • Review and analyze client portfolios to identify areas for improvement and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare policy and account information for client meetings and ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.
  • Manage client service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Positive attitude, approachable, and engaging, with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
