About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team at HUB Financial Inc. in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in fostering client growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HUB advisors to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Engage with clients through calls and emails to understand their insurance and investment needs
  • Review and analyze client portfolios to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and present policy and account information to clients
  • Facilitate transactions and trades, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
  • Manage client service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Positive attitude, approachable, and engaging, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)
