Chief Technical Officer Software H/F

As a key member of our executive team, the Chief Technical Officer Software H/F will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's engineering practices and technological systems. This strategic leader will be responsible for driving innovation, quality, and continuous improvement efforts, while ensuring the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and practice strategy aligned with the firm's goals
  • Develop, implement, and continually improve practice standards to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and business performance
  • Integrate advanced technology and software into engineering to boost efficiency, innovation, and quality
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development within our teams
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies and methods
  • Establish and manage an innovation portfolio
  • Manage internal and external training programs
  • Manage quality systems
  • Implement a zero-cost overhead structure for the firm
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical program
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing management and operational technology functions
  • Technical savvy with a deep understanding of engineering development methodologies and emerging trends
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable solutions and technology strategies
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align services and technology initiatives with overall business goals
