- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical program; a Ph.D. would be a strong asset.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including the engineering sector.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing management and operational technology functions.
- Technical Expertise: Technical savvy with a deep understanding of engineering development methodologies and emerging trends.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative, profitable products and solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate people and lead change.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
