Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical program; a Ph.D. would be a strong asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including the engineering sector.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing management and operational technology functions.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical savvy with a deep understanding of engineering development methodologies and emerging trends.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative, profitable products and solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate people and lead change.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
