About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Regional Nursing Manager for our growing PerCuro Infusion Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational and clinical aspects of our existing and growing network of infusion clinics in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Ensure high standards of patient care, drive operational efficiency, and lead the network's growth and development.
  • Staff Management: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure optimal execution and performance, and partner with commercial teams to develop and execute unique service offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with manufacturers, physicians, clinic teams, and patient support programs.
  • Strategic Planning: Direct the efforts of the team in developing project plans, present strategic and operational plans for development, and provide insights and intelligence to the Provider Solutions sales team.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure ongoing profitability of portfolio of programs, oversee program-specific material development, and develop RACI for each program.
  • Quality Management: Oversee Quality Management System and ensure program and customer service excellence.
  • Talent Management: Responsible for talent management and additional duties as determined by the manager.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Registration: Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Highly developed influencing, negotiating, and communication skills, strong customer relationship skills, broad knowledge of Patient Support Programs and specialty medications, understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects, exceptional project management skills, proven financial management skills, strong operational and systems acumen, and dynamic leadership skills.
