About the Role:
We are in search of a skilled and proactive individual to fulfill the role of Regional Manager of Nursing Services for our expanding PerCuro Infusion Network. This position entails overseeing the operational and clinical functions of our network of infusion clinics across Western Canada, including the integration of newly acquired clinics into the PerCuro framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving the growth and development of the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of infusion programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor patient enrollment, revenue, and other critical performance metrics.
- Manage program staff, providing coaching and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure optimal execution of program-related services.
- Develop and implement unique service offerings in partnership with commercial teams.
- Foster relationships with manufacturers, healthcare providers, and clinic teams to enhance program effectiveness.
- Support operational strategies and growth initiatives for PerCuro.
- Address client requests and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
- Lead the development of project plans for the business unit.
- Present strategic and operational plans for business unit development and profitability.
- Provide insights to the sales team regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
- Recommend operational changes and assist in their implementation.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions.
- Ensure the profitability of the program portfolio.
- Oversee the development of program-specific materials.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each program.
- Ensure excellence in program and customer service.
- Engage in business development activities.
- Lead proposal writing and client presentations.
- Manage account implementation and quality assurance processes.
- Focus on talent management, including training and career development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
- 7 to 10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in customer relationship management and team collaboration.
- Comprehensive understanding of Patient Support Programs and specialty medications.
- Knowledgeable about the healthcare ecosystem, including payer landscapes and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Strong financial management capabilities.
- Operational and systems acumen.
