About the Role

Fowler Construction Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to support the growth and development of our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote positive employee relations and retention.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including updating content and delivering training.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support with recruitment and selection efforts, including job offers and employee performance management.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Post-secondary education in HR Management or a related field.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing HR policies and procedures.
