Key Responsibilities

The Culinary Service Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Establishing effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruiting food service personnel.
  • Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates for operations.
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed reports.
  • Overseeing the assembly of food trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establishing work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
