Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work of cooks (general).
  • Manage food and beverage servers.
  • Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • Guide kitchen and food service helpers.
Work Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the demands of the culinary industry.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
