Culinary Services Supervisor

The Culinary Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and culinary knowledge to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Maintain comprehensive records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles relevant to the establishment.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays.
- Monitor the delivery process of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Employment Duration: Permanent.
