Culinary Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Supervisor to enhance our food service operations. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing meal preparation, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols. Qualifications:- Education: Completion of a college program, CEGEP, or a non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities and safety measures.
- Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for operations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on service performance.
- Compile summaries of food orders for efficient service.
- Fast-paced and energetic atmosphere.
- Programs available for newcomers and refugees.
- Support services for youth.
- Resources for Veterans.
- Assistance for Indigenous individuals.
- Support for mature workers.
