About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various financial activities, such as making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will work closely with customers to identify their financial needs and provide them with the best solutions through FNBC's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers
  • Assist customers with financial transactions and activities
  • Identify customer financial needs and provide solutions
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet sales and customer service targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial institution software systems
