About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various financial activities, such as making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will also be able to help customers identify their financial needs and provide them with the best solution through FNBC's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Perform duties with a high level of accuracy and completeness
- Be punctual and maintain a solid attendance record
- Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Utilize financial institution software systems to efficiently manage customer transactions
- Assist customers with cash handling, customer service, and sales-related inquiries
Requirements
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with financial institution software systems and cash handling
