Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team and drive business growth in the Edmonton area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable operations, implementing process improvements, and providing guidance to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Accounts Receivable professionals and provide guidance on credit evaluations, collections, and process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Accounts Receivable efficiency and reduce days sales outstanding.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Manage credit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of Accounts Receivable transactions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of improving Accounts Receivable efficiency and reducing days sales outstanding.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- ERP system experience, with knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
