At Winners, we're looking for a talented Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Lead and develop a team of Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with District Managers and Business Development teams to drive business results and implement company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education and minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in Retail
  • Demonstrated management skills with the ability to positively influence management and staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, negotiating, and conflict management
