About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Sonepar. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing human capital, and overseeing daily operations of our branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage branch operations, including inventory management, pricing, and customer service
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, including sales and human resources management
- Strong knowledge of the electrical distribution market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Degree in Business Administration or Commerce
- Ability to travel for sales meetings and corporate events
